If you have a tough key replacement come here!!' Come here even if you have an east key replacement. The woman who makes the keys is a key artist. We brought in a 1960s padlock and key and she was able to create a second key!!!! Amazing!!!

AAA send this outfit out when my keys for my truck went missing. The gentleman who came gave me a door key and opened the door but said he could not give me an ignition key because the cylinder had a different key than the door and he could not figure out what it was. He said I had to have my truck towed to a mechanic. Yet, other auto locksmiths on the mountain can replace the cylinder and give me the right key. Bear valley does not perform this service. Why would AAA have them as a provider? Bear valley needs to get with the times and AAA needs to find a different provider.

Housekeeper locked out of an air bnb by last tenant. A-Kenn's made the process super easy for the home owner and got me back to work fast.

Nathan was an amazing locksmith for our situation. My wife and I were renting an air bnb in big bear and on the day we were getting married, when we came back from breakfast, we had gotten locked out. After working with the homeowner, Nathan was able to help us get back into the house in time for us to get to our wedding ceremony that day. Nathan really went above and beyond for us and saved the day. We really appreciate his help and would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a locksmith!

These guys saved my whole camping trip when I locked my keys in my truck with a cab full of perishable groceries I’d just spent $400 on! I called AAA to put in a request for roadside assistance & followed up with their business directly to share my situation. They came to my rescue only 10 minutes later!!

UNRELIABLE and MEAN - do not call them! They didn't show up for an appointment and never bothered to cancel. We waited for three hours for them to show and they never did. When we called to ask what was happening, we were told they were too busy to cancel and they weren't coming because they, again, were too busy. When we asked if they could please send someone else the owner said they could send someone out if we "insisted" on service but the driver would likely have COVID! What??? The owner is extremely unprofessional, rude, and discourteous. WARNING- do not use them!

Pairie and Thomas saved our lives!! We called late in the day after losing our keys to our truck and cabin in the lake. We were feeling very vulnerable to say the least.
