Visited on 4 occasions for six vaccinations. On each visit it was noted that the system had been refined. On all occasions the the volunteers were friendly and helpful The NHS staff gave clear concise information and made the whole experience as pleasant as possible - our thanks to all involved.

I was early for my appointment for my second covid vaccination today but welcomed in by friendly volunteer. The whole process was efficient and there were plenty of lovely people to guide clients through. Well done everyone.

Well on Saturday I was lucky enough to get my first vaccine. I had to go to Andrews Pharmacy at Macclesfield . I would like to thank ALL the staff and volunteers who made it a very friendly and well organised trip. My carer shannon was allowed in with me. I admit I was concerned but Dan ,the vaccinator was chatty and put me at ease. All over within 15 mins. I had a bit of a headache yesterday but hardly any soreness as yet.
Let's hope, very soon, I can once again see and even cuddle my kids and my grandchildren, meet with friends and have a cocktail at my local bar.

Prompt refills, knowledgeable and courteous staff, easy to reach pharmacists... Grateful for this amazing pharmacy in town. A world apart from chain pharmacies... and one of a kind.

My wife and I arrived at 6o'clock, for our covid vaccine jab. Because people had decided to attend early there was a backlog. We had a delay of approximately 45minutes. Staff who had been there for 12 hours were helpful, considerate and still pleasant. We have booked our return to Andrews pharmacy for our top up jab.

Incredible and efficient experience today for my Covid19 jab. Everyone, from the guys outside registering everyone in, to the ladies inside doing the admin, to Andrew from Tytherington, the whole team were friendly and efficient.

After several disasters with the pharmacy at the local chain store, we stumbled upon Andrews about two years ago. What a difference they have made! My father lives in a retirement community and can't drive. Andrews has been a lifeline for providing both his prescriptions and basic drug store necessities. They are always thoughtful, kind, and deliver items often within a few hours to his retirement community. Switching to them has greatly improved my father's quality of life and saved me a lot of headaches and worries.

Andrews Pharmacy is out of the way for me, but after shopping one of my prescriptions around turned out to be half as much as CVS. The pharmacists are incredibly helpful and always kind. I definitely recommend considering this local pharmacy over the chains as they make sure to provide individualized care with a smile.

Andrews Pharmacy packages all my mom's medications into time of day groups (just like PillPack) and delivers it to her.

They are a joy to work with. I have spoken to the pharmacists and their accounting/billing, and they have a great combination of being good at their jobs and also being warm people. I had to call a number of people to change a credit card for my mom today, and I was actually looking forward to calling Andrews because they are so pleasant.

Andrews is a fantastic pharmacy with excellent customer service. It is rare to find a pharmacy/small business like this establishment nowadays. I needed a prescription that was going to be very expensive because of an issue with insurance. They helped me process a random coupon I found even though it wasn't for their pharmacy. They helped make it work. I was surprised that they spent the extra time to help me with this; I don't think the bigger pharmacies would have bothered. Though I don't live in Wellesley anymore, I continue to come here. 10/10. Also, great stuffed animal selection

Andrews Pharmacy has amazing customer service. I needed to get medication for my son for camp, and they made it so easy. They went above and beyond when I had to change the prescription and when my insurance changed. They said they would call me back at a certain time, and they did! I wish I could continue to go to them, but I don't live in the area.

I have been doing business with Andrews since they opened their doors on Weston/Wellesley Road. They are knowledgeable, kind and caring. I moved several years ago but continue to return to Andrews for all of my pharmacy needs. They are the best!!!

Wonderful customer service! My mother-in-law recently moved to assisted living and we needed to have her medications packaged correctly for them. Andrews has been there with us every step of the way, helping us to get the prescriptions from the doctors, calling the doctors offices when they didn't reply quickly and making the process pleasant and easy. We'll be switching all of our business here. Excellent!

The customer service was unmatched. Joe really cared and had amazing patience. He spent a half-hour on the phone, and did all the legwork and coordination between the doctors, prescriptions and fulfilment. I can't recommend this pharmacy enough. Tom from Newton, MA

For such a tiny store, they have a surprisingly good selection. It's so handy. However, I haven't found them the friendliest people in the world. Also, I went downstairs one time to look at the merchandise and they followed and stared at me like I was going to steal something. I understand wanting to be vigilant, but there's got to be a better way.
