The technician was okay the people are nice however charging someone $50 dollars for a misrepresentation of a skin consultation is beyond me!! I was charged $50 for someone to tell me because my skin is sensitive they would take it easy on my skin if I was to receive treatment . The teeth whitening was okay but I ended up paying $179 for my service I didn’t think that was fair. The $50 dollars to hold my appointment should have been applied to my teeth whitening unfair business! But really nice people.

This is my first time coming to Hi Beautiful Aesthetics to do the Venus freeze. It was an amazing experience Mireya is an amazing person she's the one that walked me through the session detail by detail. Also she made me feel so comfortable . Horrible experience here, costing me just about $2000 to fix my face and time. Did a micro needling procedure here may 2021, had breakouts months later.. called them multiple times they passed around my issue back and forth... The Esthetician kept saying it was purging, even months later. It is now oct 2021 and i still have breakouts all over my face that i am getting resolved. I did not have these breakouts or this type of acne before.. my face also now has acne pits... the Estheticians that are helping me recover said they've had to repair this companies clients before.... oh also i messaged
