The exterminators are excellent!!! But their customer service gots to go. They are passive aggressive and difficult to communicate with. They do not allow you to speak over the phone and since I have complained already the communication has become even worse. You can tell customer service reps are upset that we complained and their tones over the phone are not pleasant. They pretend to be aloof when convenient and when not their sarcasm screams through the phone. I will finish my service package that I have with this company but I don’t know if I can return again. It’s sad because the exterminators

Dependable Exterminating definitely lives up to its name, which is something I'm sure (or at least I hope) that they hear all the time! Ken, Jamie, and the rest of the team were prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to resolve the skunk, hornet/wasp, and groundhog issues we've had at our home.
