Very nice place. I've had every single car I've owned tented and this place was up to standard with price, quality and service. Everyone was very nice, they offer me water, have a nice cozy couch and big screen to watch while u wait. I brought both of my cars to get tinted at the same time and they took 3.5 hours for both.

This place is a scam!! They have employees that lie to see you tint. I told them I wanted my tint legs to ensure I passed inspection and the woman told me I would pass with no problem. After 6 months the tint started peeling up, and I came in and they charged me $80 to fix it. The first year I came in and did pass with no problem, but this year they suddenly refuse to pass it saying the tint was too dark. Their employee set me up for failure when they are supposed to be the experts. Then the guy had the nerve to tell me they will pull the tint off for $60 and then pass the inspection. Don’t go

I called to make an appointment before buying a Groupon for a whole car tint, lady said Groupon only worked for Monday through Wednesday mornings so I got a Tuesday 11 appointment. Thank God I called before I hopped onto Beltway 8 to to make that 45-minute drive for my appointment, I was told no appointment was made for a Corolla at 11 and the next opening would be ten days later! I told the lady about the call I made last Friday, she said it wasn't her answering the call so she couldn't do anything. These business just post on Groupon to lure people in then to either upsell or play games

I come and tint all of my vehicles here. I always get the ceramic and the job is always performed perfectly. They use suntek which is my preferred brand of tint. I recommend coming to see these people for a job that will be done correctly for a fair price. Other shops might try and rip you off but Carro always comes though. Go see Lety she will give the beat customer service!!!

If I could give this place a negative number I would. Long story short I brought in 2 vehicles got tint on 2 windows on the first one and all around tint on the second. On my brand new vehicle they damaged my door panel in the process. I called and I already knew it was gonna be like pulling teeth. First off anytime you have to keep calling the place and they don't return your call, its already not a looking good. Went to have my old tint removed for my 2015 Silverado, and installing new tints, was told it will be done in an hour. got in my truck less than 45mins. price was great as always. very professional and straightforward, cant say that about alot if businesses. they will continue to have my business as long as they're open.

If I could give a negative star I would. I received a gift from Groupon for a car tinting service since I have a skin condition and had to wait two weeks for the appointment. Luckily I called today since tomorrow is my appointment to verify the time. I called on Saturday to set up an appointment and was told that I was all set for monday at 10:00am. I called at 9:30 before taking the 30minute drive just to confirm my appointment which they did confirm, only to get there 30min later and was told I have no appointment and needed to wait. Then they told me it's $60 extra for darker tint. I declined and said I was fine with the tint I paid for through Groupon. They kept telling me No I need to upgrade for $60. After going back and forth with them they then tell me I needed to pay $60 to have a 1 inch circle anti-theft sticker

Took my bike in to get audio work done. They had to order saddle bag lids and I left a $950 deposit. I asked if it would be a problem matching the paint and they told me no they could get the paint codes. I informed them it was a new color from Harley and they said no problem. The kids came in and they said it would be a couple of days. A couple of days goes by and I'm told a couple more. This goes on for 3 weeks and then finally tell me they couldn't get the paint codes. Went to get my brake lights replaced and a fuse for my cigarette lighters and was told to wait a few minutes so I did. While she lady in the front was arguing on the phone, well she finished and proceeded to help the two people behind me. I've been here before they were okay ended up installing a led headlights and a front bar tint for my windshield but today my break from work was wasted waiting a hour for nothing I just ended up leaving.

Do not go here unless you want to deal with a dishonest staff and being lied to over the phone just to get extra $$$ out of you. The girl on the phone just didn't seem to care either. Actually hung up on me when I asked to talk to the supervisor. Very disappointing.
I changed to the Carro in Katy and they were 100x better. I've never made a negative review here on Yelp before so when this happens, it's pretty bad.

Called Master Audio & Security to get some speaker adapters, guy on the phone was helpful and set aside some adapters for me. Business was closing, so wasn't able to pick the up that day. Came in the following day and the worker there acted as if he couldn't assist me with seeing how these adapters could fit in my car and felt like he didn't want to answer any of my questions, but was quick to quote some high prices (reason for not getting anymore stars). Went in for state inspection and car tint from a deal I bought on Groupon. Called a week ahead to schedule an appointment for 2:00pm. Inspection took 10 minutes but tinting didn't get started until 4:00pm and was completed at approximately 5:15pm.
Approached the lady at the counter several times and she repeatedly said that there was only one person working on car tint and he had to take a lunch break at 2:30 and wouldn't be back until 3:30-4. I understood that but the wait was longer than what I was told.

Waited over FOUR hours for tint on my girlfriends car. A Honda Civic which is a fairly small car. I had no tint on my car so it should have been fairly easy. Boy was I wrong! A lady who needed tint removal and new tint came in after me. How was her car done quicker than mine?? The guy says there is two tinters and one is slower than the other but if he's that slow to where somebody can remove tint and replace it on a car before you even start placing tint on mine, that's a problem. My girlfriend needed a stereo system put in her car and I was going to bring her back here in two weeks

I needed to renew my registration for 2007 Camry hybrid. Got a Groupon, drive to the business, walked in, passed a 5 yr old boy by the door, another 10? yr old boy behind the counter talking with a 16? yr old who's sitting in a swivel chair inside a side room. Stood around until the 10yr got 16yr to greet the customer. Told him needed inspection, handed him papers and car key. I felt unease with the unprofessional setting and a kid handling it.

Grabbed a $19 inspection off groupon and they completed the inspection in probably less than 10 min. Groupon runs 20% off deals a lot and you can get them for $15. Had a tint job done here as well recently. Another Groupon deal. Deal was 50 for the basic tint which is good enough for a basic car. But I had a problem later and they blamed me for opening the window without even taking a closer look to see they cut the film too short and it wasn't tucked far enough down into the door. They fixed it but it was a hassle. Probably won't return for tint but will continue for the inspections

Yesterday, 10/5/16, l Called Carro Audio And Tint At Approximately 5:15pm. I Asked If It Was At All Possible For Me To Get My Radio Replaced Even Though They Were Close To Closing At 6, They Said OF COURSE! I Came In And They Replaced My Radio In Approximately 30 Minutes Maybe A Little Longer But I Was Satisfied. I LOVE My New System !!!!! I Came Back Today, 10/26/16 For My Inspection.
