Obviously the poor lady was indeed upset.Do people win prizes for posting the first review?
I order online ,get great products at the lowest price possible , usually shipped the same day.
I never experienced any of those weird issues & the customer service has always been wonderful . I highly recommend this company .
They have the best price on Vital Nutrients Aller-C formula

It is most unfortunate when you cannot trust a company over a mere $5. I ordered a simple supplement from here because they offered a great price with free shipping. First, I received a voicemail message that my address was incorrect. I am a business professional and work long crude hours so I am forced to utilize online ordering and deliveries...between myself and my husband, USPS, UPS and Fed Ex practically live at our home which we have owned for ten years. In that 10 years I have never once had an issue with my address and I use autofill when doing online ordering to ensure I don't mistype
