I was told by ABC well drilling company that I needed a new holding tank to the tune of $1500. My mother has used Roberts well for quite some time, as has her neighbor. He comes highly recommended, so I called him to have him give me a second opinion and an estimate on a replaced tank. He came out was here for 45 minutes in the pouring rain.He shut off the pump drain the well and proceeded to tell me that tank did not need to be replaced. He put air in the tank, and it made everything better. I literally had to send money out to him with my eight-year-old daughter. He never gave me a price and

Mr Roberts demonstrated to me that the well was producing as required and that the internal pressure in the house was good. He didn't try and sell anything he didn't try and make me believe that something was wrong he just convinced me that it was all right. His recommendation was to decalcify the faucet heads. Excellent response I have used them before and I will continue to use them in the future

I had a submersible pump problem on the weekend. Two other companies were unable to pull the well pipe out of the casing, I called Roberts on the weekend he was able to pull the pipe out and install a new pump. He had a nice well crane truck and with all the parts . It took a few hours and were we back in business. Roberts was an older gentleman with years of experience and i would give a rating of 10 + . He has the knowledge and know how were all others failed.

Based on his previous visit, I was expecting that the pump was dead and we were looking at a couple Grand to fix it. He started at the top and quickly determined that the run capacitor had failed as well as something else in the box. So we got a new box for a few hundred rather than a new pump. Plus one of our dogs got a ride in his truck.
