Didn't clean where wires and electrical was on fireplace. Had to get them to come back thr next day because the fireplace wouldn't stay lit & the owner had a terrible attitude and told us he wasn't responsible for anything. Refused to look at the fireplace and said he'd refund our money and wasn't ever going to come back. Told us the pilot light was weak and that we needed a new fireplace because it was supposedly "old." He tells us this the day after he said everything was fine on the system. I'm waiting on a refund check but I will never do business

I sent a message on Facebook for a Fireplace service. I had recently moved and wasn't sure if fireplace was in working condition. They called me, scheduled an appointment.Came a bit before scheduled time and did the fireplace service! It was great!! My fireplace ia finally on and working. This summer my wife had a little run in with our AC unit on a ridding lawn mower. After talking my wife, we called the Freon Doctor the evening of the AC unit being hit. Soto (the owner) and two technicians came out early the next morning and fixed us up. Soto and his team were very professional and thorough. The service they provided us is unmatched. I can not explain how grateful we are for everything they did for us. I highly recommend Soto and his team!

I do not recommend this company for fireplace service or cleaning. He has a partner that what they call clean my fireplace while the other gentleman is sitting at the table writing up stuff that's he says is wrong with it without even looking at it himself. When all was said and done he gave ne an estimated bill of $996.00. BS! I had the gas company come to my house at 10 o'clock at night because he said I had a gas leak. Well guess what, I did not. Also said I needed a thermal coupling, an igniter switch and some other things that I did not need. I could go on but I would run out if

Scheduled an appointment with ease, however serviceman never showed up. Apparently the service truck broke down (I found this out AFTER I called to find out where they were), and I was told they would call back later that day to reschedule. That was over 4 days ago. He charged more than he was supposed to on my credit card . He was only authorized to charge $1,000. . He stole a $350.00 bottle of my Freon R22 . He promised to pay me for the brand new bottle he never did . I had given him the bottle of Freon to put into my ac but he said it was struck by lightening . After I called my insurance company their adjuster said it had not been struck by lightening . Many weeks went by before we heard from his company for new installation . He said he would give me a very big discount if I paid the balance in cash . I later found out I paid the exact same as

I have had the Freon Doctor install a vent free gas log fireplace replacement with a thermostatic remote.
The installation was very professional. The price was less then any competitors pricing.
The service on our new gas logs has been above and beyond anything we could have expected!
I give this Company an A+ rating.
We also had the Freon Doctor replace our A/C/Heat Pump with a top of the line Trane unit all at a better than a competitive price! The A/C crew at the Freon Doctor were very knowledgeable and professional.

I called them when my fireplace stopped working and was able to make an appointment immediately. They called and let me know that they were coming early. They were very nice and professional. I was provided with a list of what needed to be repaired and the total cost. They came back once the parts arrived and quickly completed the repairs. I will definitely be using them again.

We had these guys come to our house to clean and do a safety check on a gas fireplace that wouldnt turn on in our newly purchased home. Halfway through the cleaning he said it was completely unsafe and we needed a new one, which would run about $1000. Still finished cleaning it and charged us $100.
So, we waited for a year and saved up. Called Blossman Gas instead. Blossman comes in, removes a stone from the pilot light hose in five minutes and Viola! Perfectly fine.
