Will NEVER recommend them to anyone! They lie and will not work to help you! We were told that we only needed X amount of money to make our deal go through on a house for them to turn around and tell us we had to pay MORE because property appraisal was not included in the closing costs for our type of loan (which they had failed to mention in our initial conversation of the amount of money that we were going to have to have to close our deal)!!! They knew before even starting our deal that we only had X amount and were unable to get a penny more!! I will NEVER use this company again and I will

This is the second time I have used citrus lending. They never seem to know what's going on and never have there facts right. Not professional and time consuming not to mention over priced and cost you extra money. Going on 4 months for a simple refinance not acceptable

We lost money with Dolly Mayes aand kathy carfield ... $1000 between the failed appraisel and then the home owner wanted half our deposit cause of the length of time it took ... Dolly Mayes was working for Citrus Lending then she was working at home ...now i guess she is back at Citrus Lending... Bad service ... i am NOT the only unhappy client either... i know someone else just got stung from this lender too but i wont say their name without them knowing but they will probably want to add to this cause they lost money too

Wow what can we say about Citrus Lending. Everything. They r the best. We closed on our home on November 8 after the hell the VA put us though for 7 months. Megan and her team fought tooth and nail to get us… though it all. We cant say enough about them, we love them to death. Citrus Lending is the best. We highly recommend them. My husband and I went through a horrible experience, we got scammed out of a home to rent with two children under 5, while looking for a place to rent, I stopped in to talk to Megan to see if we were able to be financed and Praise God we were! Megan, Jane, Tonya the loan processor everyone worked so hard to get us into a perfect home! This is our… first home, everyone was so kind, knowledgeable and they were really took care of us.
