I had rented a house in Manzanita over the Labor Day week knowing there could be a chance I had to cancel it last minute. I purchased insurance to make sure we would be covered for any loss, which a week on then Oregon Coast comes at a high price. Unfortunately we did need to cancel and we’re over the 45 days & canceled 40 days prior thinking we would be ok. Well that wasn’t the case and unless you have a death in the family the purchase of the insurance doesn’t cover anything. I had sent a response to Manzanita Beach Getaway letting them know the insurance didn’t cover our cancellation
