I’ve been purchasing clothing from Blue Canoe since about 2004, including stacks, tops, jackets, and undergarments. Their apparel is trendy, extremely comfortable, fits well, and is well-made and long-lasting.
Customer service has also consistently been fantastic. They’ve answered questions about shipping and clothing sizing for me over the phone on several occasions. A few years ago, I never received a package though tracking showed that it had been delivered to me. Blue Canoe immediately sent me a replacement with apparel and shipping free of charge. When I first tried this on I ddn't know if Id like it. But now I do-The material (organic cotton and bamboo) is really nice afterall.It keeps me warm and cool which I thought would be strange but I like it. My first item was on clearance-really inexpensive so-worth the try. Now I ordered another nice item on clearance. I would not be able to afford their regular priced items.

I ordered an item through Amazon, but after 10 minutes found Blue Canoe’s website and decided to order several more items. Amazon refused to cancel even though it had not yet shiped. In fact, Blue Canoe didn’t even know about it yet. I contacted Blue Canoe to see if they would be willing to cancel the item from Amazon so that I could place an order with them for several more items (more business for them). The person who answered the phone just after 9 AM on July 2nd was rude, unhelpful, and not interested in my business. Wow...you lost more money and this will have an impact on your reputation

I ordered an item, it was grossly oversized and didn't fit. Size was misrepresented online. I returned the item and the company refused a refund even though they received my return! They lied stating I was never charged for the item, even though on my end the charge clearly posted. Shiesty company! BEWARE!
