Your instructor meets you right where you are and takes you to the next place you want to be. You get to learn at your pace, spending more time on steps or techniques that challenge you and moving quickly through skills you have mastered. A skilled instructor focusing on one student can immediately spot where your challenge is coming from and navigate you through it with special tips and tricks customized to the way you learn.
While we work with singles and couples of all ages, the majority of our clients happen to be SINGLE between the ages of 38 and 57. Learning to dance as a Single person is a great way to learn a new skill, meet new people and have fun! Your instructor meets you right where you are and takes you to the next place you want to be.
Meeting new people and getting practice leading and following different partners while guided by an expert instructor is a fun way to develop your favorite dances or learn new ones! Students are introduced to a new step or technique, learn their part then dance the material with a partner and change partners throughout the class.
Each month the entire staff and student body gather to share an evening of food, fun and dancing! Everyone is invited to bring a dish to share and dance the night away. Dinner is 7-7:30, then we begin the dance from 7:30-9:00. A large selection of music is played so dancers can practice their favorite dances and experience new ones.
