I am beyond please with this company. I had issues with a prior company and when these guys were called they contacted me right away and got me on the schedule. They took time out of there day to drive 3.5 hours away to my home. Then turned around and did this again a few months later for me to instal my new thermostat. The customer service is above anything I’ve ever experience. Such an amazing company and will continue to work with them for all my heating and air needs.

I am very pleased with this company. They came out in the sweltering heat and spent hours getting my system up and running. It works fantastic! Their rates are some of the best you will find and they make sure to get the job done right. They've definitely earned five stars in my book. Give them a call. I guarantee you'll be glad you did. M&I did a great job installing a new HVAC system. More importantly, they have stood by it and helped optimize everything since installing it (improved old duct work). They have been excellent. While I did not have a problem with previous companies, M&I has raised the bar substantially. I highly recommend them.

So first we called another company and they completely messed everything up. They made a mess and left without cleaning up and didn’t fix the problem!! We were so frustrated but my husbands friend referred us to M&I the owner Mike came personally to look at our issues and they fixed it. They even cleaned up!!! We highly recommended them. They are a family owned business and the girls in the office are a big help too.
