The customer service is terrible, it consists of one lady who is quite rude. She over-books appointments, and made me fill out paperwork the doctor didn't even need, even after I told her as much. THEN after I gave a 1 star review she asked me about it.. on the spot.. And kept questioning why I left the low review, I had to tell her that she shouldn't be confronting me about my review, and that she was being very unprofessional..
The front office lady sucks and made the experience bad for me, but the doctor gets 5 stars, Dr. Naveed is a really good guy.
