My grandfather is elderly and uses this agency for insurance. My mom some concerns about my sister driving his vehicle so she called and the lady was so rude. She wouldn't answer any questions about their policies unless she told her my grandfathers name. She just wanted to see if what their policy was for other drivers. The lady refused to answer any questions and was snide and super rude!!! Poor customer service!!!
