Juliane Berry is an international fine art wedding and portrait photographer based in Paris, France. Trained classically in the art of film photography, she began her professional career in 1995 in Los Angeles. Juliane has established clientele throughout California and Europe. She specializes in film photography and hand painting black & white gelatin silver photographs - a dying art practiced since 1860.
She has exhibited her photographs in galleries in Los Angeles and the Seattle Design Center. She shoots with a variety of film and digital cameras, including a vintage Rolleiflex. I photograph people, with their many unique expressions and beautiful emotions. I'm drawn to the elegant and timeless feel of black & white photos and I have a strong passion for film photography.

I would like to begin by saying that I never write reviews but always read other peoples! Odd but true! I have never wanted more than to write a review after receiving my engagement cd I received from Juliane today! My finance and I were BLOWN away by how amazing the pictures were from our engagement session with Juliane on September 23rd 2012. I will give you the back story! I stumbled upon Juliane on a google search for "Paris engagement photos". It was something I have never done before but once I saw her pictures on her website, I needed to look no further! Juliane was the perfect choice to shoot our elopement in Paris. She was professional, responded promptly to all of our emails, and was quick to edit and send our photos. She put us at ease on the day of our wedding. She was very friendly and had a seemingly endless amount of creative suggestions on poses, locations, etc. Since Juliane is American, communication was never a problem. She arrived early to our elopement location and even stayed later than expected in order to continue shooting. I can't say enough good things about her. We are so pleased with her professionalism and the quality
