They were booked solid, but she took my number to call other places to help me find someone to pick up my crazy Uncle who booked himself on a train to Georgia to leave NY. She couldn't find anyone & then told me not to worry they would pick him up and bring him to my door! My prayers were answered! What an angel. That is going over and beyond. That's customer service. Saying thank you doesn't seem like enough.

I’m so impressed with this company! I live in NC and we went to GA for the Blues and Brews event. This company was the hired shuttle service for Reynolds. We lost our phone on the bus and when I called to check on the status the lady was so nice and helpful!! She called me back the next day stating that they found the phone and was sending it out the next day FedEx!! Exceptional customer service!!!
