Wow. I don't even go on Yelp, but I am going on here specifically to give this company a good review. Nothing impresses me more than honesty. I had them come to my home to quote window replacement, and he showed me that they can actually just be fixed (spring issue)!! despite 2 handymen telling me they could not be, and another window company giving me an outrageous ($13k) quote to replace 4 windows. Instead, he actually fixed one!!! And gave me a number of a company who can fix the other 3. When I replace my front and back doors (hopefully after this window experience), I'll def be

My review is long overdue. When Precision came out to give me a quote they said they had done my neighbor's home as well. When we went over to check it out our neighbor's said they were happy with the experience and work. I went with Precision and I absolutely love my new windows, they are so efficient. Mike was wonderful to work with and the installers were quick, efficient, clean, and very professional. The quality of the windows and work speaks for itself.

After interviewing 5 companies Jordan rose to the top.
Jordan is down to earth, knowledgeable, and a nice guy. His team reflects these qualities, too.
We spent a lot of time talking with other vendors. It was clear that most of them were the sales end of the company. It never felt like Jordan was selling us. His prices were competitive. He's extremely knowledgeable, and he was realistic with what was possible.
When the job was done, I was very happy with our new windows. More importantly, my wife was thrilled.

I inquired on YELP for a new garage side door. I immediately got a reply from the owner. Mike came the next day at exactly the time he promised. It was followed up with Madison's updates via email. Many questions, but all were answered promptly and professionally. I really enjoyed working with Precision Door and Window. This was a small project for us and maybe even for this company, but it was my favorite of all, as we just finished remodeling our garage. Thank you to Precision Door and Window. They had the best price of the 3 quotes I got and I have no doubt they have out performed the others. Very friendly and personal. I really enjoyed my experience with Jordan and the team, from start to finish. I never thought that would be something I would say but it's true. They arrived on time and finished the job early. Just got my new back slider in. So excited to have a squeak free door. The installers were great, they did all the precautionary things to ensure my floors stayed clean. Huge help because most never do. They were in and out in the exact same price and time they quoted. I love a contractor that does what they promise. So excited my new windows are in and Julio did a fantastic job ! I work from home and he was so courteous and was 100% professional Julio had our windows in super fast. A pleasurable experience from beginning to end. Jordan is very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. His pricing and instillation were flawless and quick, crew was diligent on time and cared about our home. After the install Jordan followed up to make sure we were happy and went over the warranty!
