If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited for over a month to even get an appointment, 5 days before my appointment they decided to call to tell me to tell me that they over booked appointments and had to cancel my appointment and reschedule it, but then couldn't offer me another appointment until January. How is this acceptable to your patients because this was not me the patient canceling the appointment but Riverchase canceling? How can you make a patient wait again for over a month to give them an appointment when you made the error not the patient. It is clear to see that they do not care

I do not recommend Dr. Wartel. My bad experience: I was running a few minutes late and called to let them know. On the phone, the staff was very condescending. They canceled the appointment because I was 8 minutes late. As I was leaving, I saw Dr. Wartel leaving too. He could have done my procedure. Don’t go here unless your schedule is extremely flexible. They ruined my day to be honest.

I visited the Estero office today and was provided treatment by Gina P. She was (as everyone was) very polite and professional. She took the time to explain what was occurring and what treatment she recommended and asked if I had any questions for her. I would definitely recommend Gina to friends and family.

We are new to FL, so I asked some friends for references to a good dermatologist. My friend who had actually had a bad skin cancer treated highly suggested Gina Petracco at Riverchase Dermatology. I went today for the full body scan, and can say that they are everything I had hoped to find. Quick and easy online forms, easy check-in, and I was called back before I even had time to find a chair in the waiting room. Gina was right on time, and was super thorough and extremely personable. I gladly give them 5 stars and two 👍 👍 !
