Dante worked with us and did a very good job. We like to shop locally as much as possible and Dante treated us with respect and patience. There was never any pressure and we liked him so much we preferred to give him our business. Hyundai of Greeley made the car buying experience truly painless. We went in thinking we knew what we wanted. They accommodated us with everything we were looking for. They showed us car after car and never tried to sell us on any. Once we made the decision to purchase, they were able to get us out the door in under 30 minutes. I bought my 2016 Santa Fe Sport in November 2016. They told me they were selling it as new even though they had used it for a loaner in their service department. When I went to title it I was told I needed a VIN inspection. I knew something was not right. I called the dealership they assured me I had full warranty and that it was new. Last week I… called to have my car towed and I was told I that the roadside assistance had expired because it had been in service since February of 2016. I said NO I have my bill of sale. They said sorry that’s what our records say. They dealership lied

Shout out to Josh @ Hyundai of Greeley. Bought a car that I wasn't happy with. Took it back the next day and he put me in a fully loaded Nissan Murano! Brandon, the manager was very understanding. I had been in… a car accident the week before and didn't feel safe in first car I bought. I went back and they switched me into something safer with ease!

Cristian was our salesman. He was extremely personable. Excellent car buying experience overall. I didn’t feel pressured at all! Came in with my own financing and there was no pressure to finance through them. I was in contact with Cristian prior to coming to test drive the car I was looking at since we live a couple hours away...and the drive was… worth it. Even Terri in the finance department was great and wasn’t pushy about buying the extra warranty. And mike (sorry if I got that wrong) did a fantastic job making sure the car was well detailed and ready for us to take. Thanks
