I needed a home cleaned for a VIP client. This client was very particular and has a eye for finding issues with other service providers. They showed on time and wasted no time getting to work. Most companies take forever to start working. Once they pulled they Introduced themselves there was 2 guys working the whole time so they didn’t take forever like other companies. They had a very nice setup and I was very interested as we do some pressure washing for some of our clients. They have commercial grade huge pressure washers they have the ability for 3 guys to work at once and they had huge water

We got a number of estimates for a roof wash and Southern Tide was the best price, it included gutters and driveway. They came when they said they would and were very professional. On the day of the work upon looking closely at our roof, it turned out we have very fragile painted Spanish tiles (we had been told that by our Solar installers as well.) Rather than trying to do a 1/2 baked job, Josh let us know the situation. They referred us to someone who has a cherry picker and did a small portion of the roof from the ladder to figure out what mix of solution would work best for the referral. They
