LP Tree Service
LP Tree Service has been a family-owned and operated tree care service in Janesville, Wisconsin for three generations. Safe and professional tree care is what we've always done, and no job is too big. Complete removal of the stump is important. Unlike many in the industry, we make certain your stumps are removed for a lasting and permanent effect.

We offer commercial snow removal, snow disposal, and ice control contract services during the cold winter months in southern Wisconsin. We have options to disperse the electrical charge of a lightning strike to the earth, while protecting your historic and irreplaceable trees. Pruning is the first step to maintaining healthy trees, and is recommended every 3 to 5 years.

Since the discovery of the Emerald Ash Borer in the southern Wisconsin region in 2008, this pest has been attacking both weakened and healthy ash trees in the area. This species will attack all species of Ash trees, but disease treatments for affected trees are available.

It is always best to provide proper care and preventative treatment in the early stages of an infestation on your property, as you wouldn't want it to spread to the surrounding trees on your lot.Throughout the years, local officials have been proactive in spotting these infestation on properties throughout your city, and we have treated an enormous amount of affected trees in the southern Wisconsin region.
Oak wilt is a troublesome disease that can be a problem for homeowners. It is caused by a fungus that can affect most species of oak trees in the Southern Wisconsin region. Oak wilt will attack the vascular system of the tree, and affects the nutrient distribution. This tends to result in dead branches, and eventually affecting the entire tree, if it is not properly treated.
The white birch tree is a common species of tree in the southern Wisconsin area. The bronze birch borer tends to prey on unkempt white birch by feeding and reproducing on the vascular portion of the tree. A common sign to watch for is thinning or wilting of the foliage on the top of the canopy, and disease treatment should be applied in order to properly reverse the toll of the disease.

LP Tree is the only folks I would recommend for all your tree service needs. They are honest, quick and extremely detail oriented. I had a tree between my house and a very expensive neighbors fence. With very little room they had it down and the mess cleaned up. Outside of the stump that they later removed you could not tell there was a tree there. I use local companies first and foremost. This company has outstanding work ethic. They will always be my first choice for any tree needs. Family oriented company that has been in the business for over 60 years.

LP Tree is the best choice in my area. I've called them to remove 3 different trees for different reasons over the years and they are just the best. They have all of the needed equipment for doing the job right. From wireless head sets for continuous communications to even a street sweeper after the job is completed. A crane for the hard to get areas, you name it, they have it and know how to use it. I just had a large maple tree taken out from my back yard. From setup to clean up, they were in and out in a hour and a half. I wouldn't use anyone else. I highly recommend.

We've used LP to both trim a large maple and install a replacement for one that blew down. Both times the LP team was prompt and responsive. I'd recommend these guys for sure. They've been in business about 60 years.
