The lack of professionalism ; ‘Poor leadership’
-pallets unorganized with no fixed places to put them, most of the time it causes unsafe conditions in the work place.
-The forklift Driver almost hit me about three times while I was there, he failed to alert employees that he is approaching with cargo;
-laughing out loud.... YOUR warehouse is the only warehouse that has a sign “Saying to employees to Wear Vast” but Nobody Does it; which causes extreme unsafe conditions in the work place! We call it Poor Leadership! Warehouse with that size Vast is Mandatory no question asked. Well that

The most unorganized non compliant company I have ever seen. No real safety dept or not very active. Maybe my situation was not the norm. No orientation. Pretty much ride with a driver for three nights who didn’t know much about compliance or what ELD the company approves for use. Routes were set up with next no time for unforeseen delays.. Dispstch tried to accommodate when there were delays. However there was poor pass down procedures to where your always explaining where the delay was. Poor communication. Nothing explained. No company policies, procedures, benefits. It’s basically get thrown
