The fastest tow service I have ever experienced. My son's car broke down in Clemson and I am 3 states away. I called and they were extremely helpful and by the time I finished my call to them and calling my son back, they were there to tow the car. Death Valley Towing business started 33 years ago as an offshoot of Death Valley Exxon.

Please don't swear that you were in a visitor's spot if you weren't. Our drivers take pictures before they touch the vehicles.

My friends car was towed from “retail” parking in Grandmarc. Yes, there where signs saying towing was enforced so I completely understand why the car was towed but my issue is that this “retail” parking is for an empty leasing space that has no business. There is absolutely no retail in the designated lot that happens to be right outside our building and is the most convenient parking location. Like I said, I would completely understand if there was an actual business here but there is not. Why is it an issue if residents that have payed for a parking pass want to park in the lot that is

Everyone knows Death Valley towing is a predatory business that prays on college kids. Literally everyone. Got towed last night from a parking lot with ZERO signs, ZERO cars around, at like 8:00 PM. I would’ve been less upset if I was able to get my car at that moment, but no, I have to wait till 1:30 PM just to get my car. That’s 17 hours.
PS: I don’t care if you’re “just doing your job”; your job is PREDATORY.

They rip college students off, they towed my car from a visitor spot and when I called the police and they made them come back they saw it was actually in a visitor spot unlike they initially thought and then still wouldn’t give me my car back until the next morning “free of charge” they had no right to steal my car, I was properly parked and the seneca police department did nothing but stand and watch and say they could not get involved. In the end they took my car for a whole night and I had to uber there the next day and I ended up paying 32$ just to get a ride to get my car back that

I used Death Valley Towing to move a huge '77 F-150 Super Cab long bed truck. Today is a holiday (Memorial Day) and they answered the phone and had a tow truck there in no time! Jimmy showed up and was fantastic from start to finish!

I had a car accident and my car was towed by them. They were very friendly and allowed me to clean out my car when it was time. However, they refused to let me take my license plates (which is weird because they're MY plates) but I was very flexible and said that it was fine.
They reassured me that they would take my plates off when my insurance came to get the car and mail them to me or hold them for pickup. But then, after insurance had come and gone, I called them and they didn't do it. They just let the insurance people take them even though it must be their policy that customers can't take

This is the second time I’ve gotten towed and I completely understand the first time I was definitely was not parked in a visitors parking spot. But the second time I was, I have parked there lots of times and this is the first they’ve taken it from there. Dude I’m literally just 17 trying to get help from my sibling to get my college classes in order. I understand you’re doing you job but sheesh towing even when I am in a visitor’s spot? And for how long less than an hour literally forced me to stay the longer than I intended.

This place is sexist and homophobic. As I talked to the owner he kept calling me a she even when I said I told him I was a man. I think this company truly does not respect people and definitely does not care about people circumstances. The owner of the apartment has 3 open spaces and still towed her car when other cars do not have passes. But if they put it on do not tow list they will not take it. They will not work with other and will not understand the circumstances. I think this company will not do their due diligence. I am sorry to say but he also continued to argue and fight with the owner
