No one ever seems to want to write a review when everything goes to plan.
But, I want to say that, I had Insulation Plus of Tampa install insulation to an R38 value and a solar vent and they could not have been better. They (Antonio and Julian) arrived on site on time and promptly started to work. They listened to my concerns/thoughts on the install site for the pop solar vent, agreed to a location and moved forward to install. When they were done and ready to roll out, I pointed out a spot that was missed for insulation, I don’t blame them for missing it as they are not aware of my floor plan

Hired them to install a solar attic fan. Salesman was prompt, professional and did not pressure a sale nor did he try to upsale. After getting other quotes, I went with this company primarily on their approach and the lifetime warranty. The install was done on time as scheduled by a very neat, polite and qualified technician. After a few days of monitoring it’s operation I was not completely satisfied that it was performing to its full potential. I sent a text message to the company phone on a Sunday afternoon expecting a reply within a couple days. Within 30 minutes of my text the “owner”

Thanks to a major rodent infestation, the existing insulation in my attic needed to be completely removed, and the attic space cleaned. There also needed to be a delay before new, clean insulation could be blown in. Ross was awesome to work with, in terms of explaining their entire process and the products to be used and addressing all my questions. The office staff also worked with me to have the initial work and follow up work done o Saturdays. The team which came out to vacuum out the old insulation were here when they said they would be here, and worked diligently to remove all the old, nasty

I found Insulation Plus of Tampa on Angie's list. Gave them a call and a sales person & also the owner of the company "Ross" came to my home. Ross took a look at my attic and explained what I needed and quoted a very competitive price. Then I compare them to a few other companies in the area and they where the best. Ross scheduled a crew to come out a few days later and add the attic insulation that I needed. The crew was very professional and did the job in a couple hours. They even vacuum & clean up when they where finished. I highly recommend Insulation Plus of Tampa and was a pleasure doing

Overall good experience. Had foam insulation in the attic (1500 sq.ft) , plus the solar fan, plus the stairway insulator installed. The crew who installed me informed me that the attic hatch cannot be fully closed anymore , because of the insulator and I need to cut the hatch myself. I think this problem should've been taken care by the company and not left to be fixed by the customer.
Update: Their management reached out to me in order to make things right. They sent their guy to cut the hatch that same day, now it sits well. Hence the 5 stars now.
