Services
Delivery options are available and prices are based on distance. For longer distances, Per diem may be added to cover the cost of sending a crew to your location the day before and/or to travel outside of normal business hours. Set up and tear down services are available and charged out separately based on the items we are required to handle.

No, we do not refund. Our policy terms explain that your down payment is non-transferable and non-refundable. If your event has been derailed due to a pandemic, act of God, war, or natural disaster, we have modified our terms to allow a transfer of your order to new event date. Restrictions will apply.

These guys (and especially Vecelli) are amazing!!! We wanted to get a tent in a backyard for a wedding with some pretty tricky trees to work around, and they sent someone out the next day to measure and gave us an estimate and multiple setups depending on what we wanted. The day before our wedding, our backyard venue cancelled on us, and we had to call Vecelli and explain our predicament, and they came through for us and moved everything (tables, chairs, dance floor, and bar) to a different venue within a couple hours! We had to call them probably about 100 times to keep changing our order, and

I have rented twice from Action Tents and Rentals over the past 8 years. I would definately use them again. I rented a larger size tent on one of the occasions and both times chairs, tables, linens and sashes. They assisted me with how I would have to obtain permit for tent. Action tents completely set up tent; it passed inpection by city, no problem. All tables and chairs delivered and set up as requested. Tables are wooden and MUST be covered with linens. Yes, they are unsightly uncovered and have been used multiple times. All tables/ chairs were completely functional. Action tents and rentals

Do not get your tables from here. Extremely poor quality. A couple of the table legs were noticeably shorter than the others. Had to put pices of wood underneath them just so they would sit somewhat strait. The tables are wooden. They were in such bad condition that they ripped some of the tablecloths. Save yourself alot of heartache and do not rent your tables from here.

My best friend had her wedding this last weekend and she wanted round tables. So they rented 9 tables for approximately. $200. The tops of their tables were wood which would have been fine except they were terribly splintered and everytime we would put table cloth on they would rip. One of the table legs on one table was too short and we had to put something under it to steady it. Their chairs were nice. But their tables were not worth $200 and we had to load and unload them ourselves. We are extremely unhappy! Do not rent from here!

Do not dare call ten minutes before close because They will ignore the call and go as far as sending you to the fax machine and making the busy tone. I called several times. Must not want money. And they are so eager to get the hell out of there that they can't answer and spend a few minutes giving a quote. Never again.
