Dear sir I told the young boy in the office to let the days count and reminded him that I was paid up through Monday night and I would be back Monday morning, you need to have someone in the office with good communication skills not a young boy that looks like he's in high school and by the way the toilet is so loose I'm sure I woke the people down stairs up and the toilet seat had1bolt holding it and the toilet runs constantly, I had to turn the tv on manually a1nd the volume the only thing the remote would do is change channels, thank you!!!!!

Very clean, comfortable bed, nice staff. Very affordable. But guest are another story lol

Room was the most disgustingly dirty motel room I’ve ever seen. They didn’t have a king size bed like we reserved instead it was 2 queens. Spoke to the owner Mikey on the phone and he refused to let us cancel the reservation even after he was sent video footage of the room. Room smell so badly of cigarette smoke it was making me nauseous. There were cigarette burns on the sheets. Stains and dirty spots all over the bedding. I don’t think they clean the bedding after each use. I was offered a different room and it had a blood spot on one of the beds. There was mystery goop all over the bathroom

It was booked for my husband. I booked a single one king bed room with kitchenette ,that was given to somebody else.They put him in a double queen bed room with kitchenette with a leaky sink and water all over the carpet.My husband showed them the copy of the confirmation and what room that was booked but they said they didn't have that kind of single room with king bed with the kitchenette,the sad part is he called them and asked them and they told him yes they have room like that with kitchenette of a single room with a king bed. Also their rooms don't look nothing like they post on the internet

From a review I posted months ago all you can do is respond with 🙏.... Its sad because I visited again and she still didn't provide me with a receipt She also has a very ugly attitude. And when u address her about her attitude she says she dont speak English. This hotel needs prayers hope everyone has a green card

Stayed at Executive Inn under a friend's name. The room we were given looked nowhere close to the pic. Bed linen had stains on them and no comforter at all just a dirty blue wooly cover. Front desk clerks although hard to understand were very nice. The patrons hang out all night drinking beer and partying. Parking is tight af too.

I booked a jacuzzi suit two months in advance for my honeymoon. Called many time to make sure they still had my reservation set and ready to go. Called the day that we were SUPPOSE to check in.... They had our room. Drive three hours. Get there and they had just sold my room. Had to cancel my debit card so they couldn't charge me for a room that I couldn't even stay in. Luckily I found a better hotel in Beaumont tx.... Oaks lodge. They had a jacuzzi suit for half the cost and the best staff ever. They even bought us flowers and a bottle of wine for our honeymoon.

The hotel has decent prices. Its clean. The entrance is easy to miss. Parking is a little tight. Staff is polite and helpful. Tv could be better. Internet is good. Not a bad place to lay your head down.
