I came here for botox to treat my TMJ/jaw pain and had the best experience! Kelly is so knowledgeable and thorough with her explanation when doing the treatment. Not only that, but she gave me tips/advice on how to prolong the time the botox lasts and answered all the questions I had. Almost 6 months in, I still don't have jaw pain and do not experience as severe TMJ. I highly recommend and cannot wait to return!

I've been suffering from acne for over a decade. Even though I used to get laser treatments throughout my life, it only hurts and the results weren't very good. But Kelly was different. She looked closely at my skin and recommended a laser suited for my skin type. I was able to see AMAZING results in 3 laser treatments and I almost never get acne anymore. I have received lots of compliments on my skin and I've gained a lot of confidence back. The same went for hair removal. After only 3 treatments, my hairs completely went away although my hair was thick, black, and typically grows very quickly

Kelly is a miracle worker! I have only had 3 sessions so far and have seen incredible results. My hair has almost completely disappeared in a short amount of time, and my acne has improved as well. Not to mention that Kelly is incredibly kind, friendly and professional. Her spa is beautiful and extremely clean. The whole experience has been a really positive one and I highly recommend her!

I've been getting laser hair removal treatments from Kelly since July and I am absolutely thrilled with my results!!! She has been wonderful from the beginning- she explained the process to me and has always been able to answer my questions! She does a wonderful job. About 2 years ago i did few hair removal treatments and it didn't work well for me, 3 months ago my friend told me he found amazing lady with great hair removal device, I reach to the amazing Kelly she gave the first treatment for free because i was skeptical and she told me that in few treatments my hair will stop growing, today was my 3rd season with her and the hair starts to grow thinner and slower. And it didn't even hurts like the first treatments. Very recommend this place. So happy with the results!!

Six years ago I got my Brazilian and under arms lasered and today I grow hair they're not as dense as before I ever received treatments but pretty dense. I bought a six treatment package for my under arms Brazilian and full legs from Kelly and so far have only been in for one treatment and I am blown away. Kelly was extremely professional and the entire process was a great one. She made sure to check on my pain level and ask if she could turn the heat up higher. She was great and very communicative about why she needed to do what she needed to do. After one treatment I already am growing basically

Laser hair removal had been such a positive experience!! Kelly has helped me achieve my hair removal goals. I was SUPER nervous! Kelly was great at explaining step by step what she was doing. This treatment was pain free. There were a couple of time where it tingled, however was NOT a painful procedure. Kelley was great about stopping and giving me a moment. haha! Overall the laser was tolerable.

I have gotten laser hair removal and hydra facials monthly here. Let me just say I have had laser in the past and was burned and did not see results from the torture I went through. At true med spa they have done an amazing job. Great price, great results, great staff that know what they are doing. Love my hair removal. I am going to do my whole body through them. Also monthly hydra facials for being a member has helped my skin tremendously. I get compliments all the time on my glowing skin. If it weren't for this place my face would be a much more dry acne infested face. Thank you so much

I am so glad I decided not to go the "specials" route (you know, the discounted fillers given by RNs who are trying to build up clientele) and went this route. Dr. Choi was wonderful. He was precise, made me comfortable, and I was given filler that looked as perfect as he would want, just not as perfect as I wanted. He is deliberate, patient, takes his time, and is so kind. What a difference. It's WORTH spending more on the product and experiencing cosmetic enhancement in the hands of a doctor. Plus, numbing is available--don't shy away, he knows how to make it all very comfortable

True Med Spa has excellent service, great staff that answer all of your questions and really detailed and personable. You feel like you are the only patient, they really take time to make you feel comfortable. All of the staff are truly genuine.
What bothered me about other places in general was, you call and you are put on hold or it takes forever to even talk with someone. That won't happen here. And they won't upswell which is great! Last but not least, still going through the treatments, but loving the results!:)

Overall, I think this facility is awesome.
Staff: very welcoming, nonjudgmental, friendly. I was explained everything about my Visia photos. They really do take care of you from start to finish.
Facility: VERY clean, very well kept, they even gave me a complete tour when I asked for it.
Everyone here is wonderful and I will definitely be returning and recommending them to anyone I know!
