Shearing techniques of the past that relied on physical force often created mechanical distortion at the site of the cut. EDCO Fabrication's modern, Trumpf TruLaser cutting equipment works by directing a high-powered laser at the material, which then either melts, burns, vaporizes away, or is blown away by a jet of gas, to reliably yield precise, intricate cuts and even edges with a high-quality surface finish regardless of metal thickness.
EDCO Fabrication invests in both high-quality Trumpf and Wysong Press Brakes to convert sheet metal into a product's required dimensions. These innovative tools create metal components by forming the metal parts to customer specifications. Forming refers to particular manufacturing processes that use compression, tension, shear or a combination of these forces to convert materials into the shapes required for fabrication.
Powder Coating is a superior type of coating, applied as a dry powder through an electrostatic spray gun. The parts are then placed in a high-powered oven where they quickly cure. Made from thermoplastic or thermoset polymers, Powder Coating creates a hard finish that is tougher than traditional paint.

Following an agreement on a project, they would take about a week to respond to each email sent, providing limited information. After several weeks, they ultimately bailed out without any valid reason for doing so. Waste of time.
