Stone Brook Memory Care is for senior adults with Alzheimer's or related types of dementia who require a secure environment and supervision and assistance with activities of daily living.

Stone Brook Assisted Living and Memory Care offers the only Respite Care Program of its kind in Denison Texas. Our day stay and overnight Respite Care Program is ideal for individuals who are generally socially isolated and can benefit greatly from the social, leisure, health, and wellness education that fosters community involvement through integrated activities with our residents.
Stone Brook offers a supportive residential environment designed specifically for persons who want to maintain their independence. Our beautiful grounds in the north Texas area provides a comfortable setting and we are also convenient to our neighbors in southern Oklahoma. Our attentive Assisted Living staff can provide as much assistance as is needed for each individual based on their individual care assessment for an all inclusive rate*.

My mother received excellent care her entire time in residency at Stonebrook. Our family visited on a regular basis, and her room was well maintained and clean, as was her bathroom. The staff was always very loving. Mom was not ill one day, a testament to the skills of their head nurse. We are grateful to everyone at Stonebrook. They were a blessing to our family.

My mother has been there almost a year and she loves it. Everyone is so good to her and she is doing very well for 90 yrs old. I highly recommend this place. They try really hard to give the love and care that is needed. It gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing that she is getting good care. No place is perfect but Stone Brook has been good for us....
