Amazing customer service! I needed a limo for my daughter and her friends to the prom. With prom season being so busy the day before the prom, most companies just pushed me away. Not Vinny, he was nice enough to see if he could find me a driver to accommodate me then got back to me. Out of desperation, I kept searching not thinking Vinny would be successful finding me a last minute limo driver, so I went with another company and made my commitment to them. If I didn't already commit I would most definitely taken Vinny's limo. So glad people are still willing to go the extra mile! Mahalo

First time in Hawaii from Orange County and I will say I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS.
Vinny, was 10 minutes early, responsive when I texted or emailed him, and was dressed like a true professional. The limo was pristine and even the glasses were just washed that day. It's attention to detail that blew me away.
We had him for 6 hours on a Friday afternoon and he was conversational when we asked him any questions and respectful to our privacy.
I have never experienced this quality of service before, ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE!

FIRST of all when I had talked to Vinny, he did not bring it to my attention that it was NOT an hourly service. I wouldn't have any problem if that was the case. Once again, I had emailed and notified that we couldn't make it in due to car trouble. Then from June 19th, I was awaiting response from your rep. I didn't get a response until I had made that initial call the day BEFORE the wedding. Again, did not mention anything about point A to point B.

Weeks before the wedding I was talking to their representative, good communication flow until the week of the wedding he wasn't returning any of my messages so I decided to call him the night before the wedding to confirm and I squashed it all after he had booked it. I reserved the car for an hour, 4:30-5:30.
Our driver arrives on time, but we're not done with our pictures yet. The driver proceeds to inform my husband that we have 2 minutes to get to the car or he's dipping. As we were heading to the car, our photographer wanted to take one more picture

I shopped around and researched about 8 different companies. I compared not just price for the service, but available vehicle and they way they addressed my questions - level of service. After all I would have to entrust them with my son and his date for prom. I was trying to book a limo 3 days before so needless to say I was stressed. But Vinny was helpful and prompt with responses. When I called he was professional and I felt confident I selected the right company. My son said the Chrysler 300 was really nice and his date was surprised. He said he had the nicest limo at hotel. Vinny was great! Very professional and communicative via email, text, and phone calls. I researched a bunch of car service companies for our trip and they all had 5 stars on Yelp. But I always choose the ones that communicate with me, and I can be high maintenance because I ask a lot of questions. I used XS for 2 trips. On the first trip, they upgraded me to a super cool limo at no charge, and the second trip was a very nice Mercedes 15 person van even though I only had 5 people. XS is a very professional company that I would use again.

I filled out an inquiry online late one night for a limo quote for a surprise for my 10th anniversary in Hawaii. I received a call the next day from a friendly guy named Vinny. He quoted me a reduced price if I paid cash which I thought was fair compared to what we were quoted by competitors. I booked with XS Limousine for my clients recent trip here. We used their airport transfer and charter services. I have to say that from the beginning to the end, they are amazing!! All the drivers were very polite, well dressed, and informative. Vehicles are always clean unlike other companies I used before. I would give this company no stars if I could. We made a reservation and even called to reconfirm and no one showed up to pick us up from our wedding. They refused to take blame or even apologize. Their attitude was outrageous. We were left at the venue with no ride. We called multiple times to the designated driver and he laughed at us and did not care. He also said that he worked directly for the company but he did not have a limo. We were told to pay the driver at the end of the night. We were not given any receipt. I called back to make sure it was that simple and they said we would be taken

My son had his wedding yesterday at the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel with the ceremony at a Buddhist temple in town. We had both the limousine & van transport the bridal party and immediate families to the ceremony, and wedding reception. In between, we were taken to various locations for photo ops. Vinny and Andy, both drivers were excellent - - very courteous and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with the owner Alex who treated us with respect and as local kamaainas.

We used XS Limousine for our wedding in December and they're fantastic. Not only were they reasonably priced (Kamaaina Discount), but their service was professional and their cars were immaculate. Alex is a top notch service guy who was very patient, calm, and friendly. He was also very accommodating in my wife's pickup time prior to the ceremony.

I was on an emergency trip for a client in Hawaii and was worried I was gonna have to take time to explain what I had to do and where I had to be at certain times. I just came back home from a trip to Hawaii for my brothers wedding. We were recommended XS limousine by a good friend and used them for arrival, to and from the wedding, island tour for the wedding party and again for family, and back to the airport. While we traveled to Hawaii for a short trip we used the services of XS Limousine. It was a great ride and we felt like we were in first class all the way.
