It can be difficult to get an appointment initially because they are very busy and are only open 3 days a week, but they do respond to emails and once you're in I think it's the best care available on the Peninsula.
Becky can be brusque at times but only because she listens very carefully and responds rapidfire with clarifying questions, so we get through a lot of information very efficiently and generally end up on the same page.
Tricia at the front desk is I think the kindest and gentlest administrator I've ever dealt with! I'm eternally grateful to them for plowing through my insurance issues

I have tried to reach them for the last two weeks. filled out their on-line sheet, no return calls. Left two voice messages, no returned calls. Two weeks later they finally called back with no apology and told me it would be April. Glad to know now they don't take prospective patient calls seriously.

Impossible to get a hold of. Called five different times last week (during business hours mind you) trying to make an appointment so I could get my prescription refilled with no answer. Doesn't even have an EMAIL so you can contact them, just a fax number.... Really people, we're still using fax machines? Didn't realize we regressed back to the 90's.

The worst provider Ive been too dropped me off the meds with out a care and no idea about what life threatening consequences that followed. Walked in fully functional and balanced then she decided to change my routine that I'd had for 22 years. Well becky I told you I don't take medications that bind to the receptor. That should jog your memory because that's the only meds your sponsored to had out.

ARNP Becky Godby is a pleasure to speak with. In my case I have been suffering with clinical depression for many years. The medication I have been taking has worked very well. Recently I have been having other symptoms that appear to point to other issues. Ms. Becky listened to what I had to say and we are working on finding a solution both with medication and with diet. Anyone who has worked with mental health issues knows that what works for one person may not work for another. It is a process to determine what will work best for that patient. The secondary medication I am now taking seems to
