Lovingly called "The Ranch, " Cottonwood Farms is rich with a family history of love. Designed and hand-built by father and daughter, The Ranch is the product of a special bond between family. Our barn is perfect for any indoor or outdoor event. The barn features an open breezeway, hand-built saloon-style bar, open lounge or photobooth room, charming pot-belly stove, hanging market lights, and 30ft x 30ft dance floor.
Choose from several beautiful locations across the ranch for your ceremony, "cocktail hour", reception, and photos. There is no limit! We offer a rustic barn with open breezeway, an open grass setting with horse pastures and flower gardens, two resort style pools with fireplace, bar, and covered lanai, and our 300-year-old grand oak tree with hundreds of market lights.

We just had the most beautiful wedding at Cottonwood Farms for my son and my new daughter-in-law!!! It’s the PERFECT VENUE for a rustic/barn style type of wedding!! You can actually rent Cottonwood Farms for the entire weekend and they have a bridal/bridesmaids suite and a groom/groomsmen quarters as well!! They also have 4 RV hookups!! The property is kept in immaculate condition!!! I cannot thank the owners, Tom and Cheryl, enough for all of their help before, during and after my son’s beautiful wedding!! My wife and I hosted our wedding here and had an amazing time! The venue owners Tom and Cheryl along with the on-site coordinator Cindy are extremely helpful and easy to work and communicate with. Tom went above and beyond to help my wedding run smoothly including helping to fix one of my vendor's food trucks when it broke down. The pool and water slide are extremely fun and the large lawn area is perfect for renting giant games for your family and friends to enjoy. This venue is perfect for hosting a casual, fun, and intimate event! Highly recommend!

I am so happy that we chose cottonwood farms as our venue. We chose to stay the whole weekend from Friday to Sunday. Which was perfect for us , we live in Texas but we are from California. When we first were looking at venues last year we looked at Cottonwood farms and decided that day it was going to be where we would have our magical day. We spoke with Tom and Cheryl who were so welcoming and nice and made us feel at home. When we had to leave to Texas , anytime we had a question they answered us right away. Our daughter was married here early June of 2018. We had the most amazing time thanks to Tom and his wonderful family. Talk about gracious hosts!! Had the pleasure of providing our DJ services at this charming rustic wedding venue on June 3, 2018. As it was our first time there we made sure to meet all of the folks who own and maintain the property and they are just the nicest people you could know. Tom, Amanda and everyone really do all they can to make sure that everything is ready to go and they're very flexible and accommodating to the couple's wishes. We were very impressed with everything about Cottonwood Farms and highly recommend it if you're looking for something a little off the beaten path but with a charm and feel of a rustic
