We have extensive experience with the production of shaped pouches. Using die cut pouches allows brands to be creative with their pouch designs. One great way to use die cut pouches is to create a single use pouch shaped like the actual retail product. The possibilities are truly endless! Shaped pouches can be used for all types of liquid applications such as cosmetic, OTC Drug, sauces and liquid supplements.
Do you need kitting of several packages in one box? Many of our processes allow us to do fulfillment work (kitting) on the production line for minimal cost. Pouches, Sachets and Stick Packs can be fulfilled into secondary packaging such as point of purchase displays or multicount cartons. Some products may be sold in kits, while others may be a week or month supply.
