Instead, they found an industry filled with dealerships that lacked inventory, and salespeople that lacked product knowledge. As an engineering student, he thought a customer should be able to work with a team of experts that could listen to their needs and recommend the perfect trailer.
So, with 3 enclosed trailers and 7 open trailers, Right Trailers began with a mission to change the way people buy trailers. Don't like doing this as I am a business owner also but this experience has been pretty bad. So we called on a 34' CargoMate Race Trailer spoke to Barney in internet sales. He explained what he had and looked at the pictures online and placed deposit on trailer on 3/26/21. Barney told us trailer would be ready for delivery that Friday by 12. I arrive a Right trailers and was left standing outside for about 15 mins before anyone acknowledge me. Bill came over I told him I was there to pick up a trailer and finish paperwork. He told me Barney was at other building and he would help. We found trailer

Scott Tracy was a pleasure to work with in getting me the trailer I was looking for. Normally I can't stand sales people and there high pressure sales tactics, but that was not the case here. I recently purchased a PJ dump from these guys. Had some issues with the trailer and it also had the wrong tires on it. I drove back an hour and a half to get service and unfortunately they did not have what I needed. Due to this the owner compensated me for my time and inconvenience then sent a technician to my location to fix the issues. Great customer service!

I will start off with saying I will never give this place any business again and recommend anyone reading this to consider purchasing somewhere else unless you want very poor customer service. I purchased a brand new $15,000 trailer a couple weeks ago from Right Trailers in Lakeland. I asked if they had a hitch I could buy to put on the truck and they sold me a $206 dollar hitch and pin. After paying for it they brought it out and it didn’t even fit on the truck. I asked if I could return it and they said no and that I would need it when I get a new hitch plate installed. Although the staff was busy, they took the time to greet us, answer all of our questions, and explain which trailer would best fit our needs. I had decided to start my plumbing business with a cargo trailer instead of a van. I narrowed it down to a cargo trailer that was 7x12, had barn doors, and I wanted .030 aluminum skin. I am going to be using this trailer daily and I wanted it to last.
I visited several dealers online and in-person looking for a trailer that fit my needs. After all of my research, I found a 6x12 trailer at Right Trailers in Lakeland.
What really impressed me was the way this dealership runs its business. From the moment

This is the best experience I've had purchasing a trailer. Michael is very thorough and made the buying process super easy. There was a hiccup at the factory but Michael went above and beyond to make sure the hiccup was resolved. I will buy all of my future trailers from this company and recommend everyone I know to do the same. I am beyond impressed. Awesome company highly recommended!!!
