SOLD!!! That's pretty much how quickly Paul Newman found a buyer for our property. It was just about 2 months from when we first listed to when we closed. I'm sure not all deals close that fast, but Paul was a delight to work with even if it had taken a bit longer. Excellent negotiating and communication skills and just an all 'round nice guy. Brought us water and Gatorade on moving day. How awesome is that? I truly think both buyers and sellers would be happy working with Paul.
