My Detail Guys & Upholstery, LLC is operating under the entrepreneurship of Tony with over 35 years of experience in the Automotive industry. His staff and founder, Milton Lugo has extensive training, experience, and certifications in the detailing industry. Mr. Milton Lugo is Manager & Co-Founder and has been in the field since 1980.
The principals at My Detail Guys & Upholstery, LLC has been offering quality aviation services in the DFW area since 2016. We service general aviation facilities in Metro Dallas/ Fort Worth and surrounding airfields. My Detail Guys & Upholstery, LLC Team provides professional aircraft detailing services to all aircraft, large and small.
We offer standard detail service plans for most vehicles but should you require services not listed below, please contact us and we will make every effort to meet your request. The deluxe detail is a process where your vehicle is completely cleaned inside /out and brought to showroom condition. Hand wash exterior pre-clean paint, polish/wax treatment.
Regardless of whether you ride your motorcycle on a daily basis or it sits in your garage and is only used on special occasions, it's natural to want it to look its best at all times. Car was clean, shiny, looks good mostly. A few complaints:
1-Windshield was left very streaked--I have to re-clean inside.
2-Instrument cluster and infotainment were cleaned with a dirty cloth, streaked and spotted, need to reclean. Same with mirrors on the outside, all spotted and streaked.
3-They just threw my floormats in a pile in the trunkspace (SUV), and I had to reinstall myself.
Good job if it was $70-100. For $200, not something I would do again.

TERRIBLE!! DO NOT USE! The worst experience with a company I have ever had. When the detailers finished my truck, I asked for pictures in which I saw the key in the ignition. I responded asking to please put the key back where it was found. They didn't, and when we went to our truck 5 days later it was completely dead and batteries were totaled. It cost us $825 to get all the batteries replaced. The owner told me it did not happen (even after I showed him messages) and did not offer anything to make it right. Instead of offering a free service he told me they did not leave the key in the ignition

If you ever want to spoil yourself or your partner, I highly recommend this service. They came to my office today and my car looks like new. I had both the inside and outside done and they got out minor paint transfers on the outside, the inside is pristine and even the tires look new. I will use them again for sure!

The amount they charged ($300)is not worth the service they provided. I found hair still on the carpet, windows was still dirty, trunk was not vacuumed, ceiling was still dirty. I do not recommend this business.

I was gifted a wash & wax from my friends for my birthday today and they sent me here. Had just gotten bumper damage from a hit & run last week so I was a bit embarrassed to get my car done, but everyone in the shop was very friendly, laid back, and assured me it was fine. I didn’t expect them to fix my bumper but they generously popped it out for me and finished the service—it looks great! My car is old with lots of scuff, rust, and paint damage but despite all that she just sparkles now! Couldn’t be more grateful for all their help, thank you so much for the wonderful service!! I personally wash and detail my own vehicles / boats / atvs etc. very often. Usually 2 or 3 times per month. I have very high standards and haven't found a single car wash or detail shop I was really happy with.
I just recently returned from a LONG road trip (over 4k miles) I desperately wanted my truck clean but my schedule wouldn't allow it, so I gave these guys a shot.
I was beyond impressed!! I will only call these guys going forward, and they made it so easy I will probably be using them more often.

I highly recommend My Detail Guys. Sindee is very friendly and kind. She answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. Great customer service, attentive and willing to make an effort to make you a happy customer. Isaias did an awesome job on washing and detailing my 2004 Toyota Corolla. He handled my Baby with care. It looks amazing, great job!!! The staff went above and beyond. That shows they care about their customers. Below is my 18-year-old Baby, I got him in 2003. Looking good!!! I took to work the next day after the auto detailing. Truly appreciated you guys!

I want to start by saying that I am very thankful for the services provided by My Detail Guys. Unfortunately, my experience was one that will not have me use or recommend them in the future. I was gifted their services as a college graduation present, so initially, I was really excited about the hassle-free, travel-free service. On arrival, I received a call to unlock my doors (super easy)! They were done in around 2 hours. When I left work and got in my car to leave I noticed my sunglasses were missing. Ez and Tony just left my husband and My place cleaning our Dodge Ram Dually for us. We are really happy with the work you two did for us and will be having you all back out to service our Ford truck. The Dodge looks brand spanking new , they took out all of my sweat stains from work, got all of the dog hair out, took off the tint front the front window (looks like it was never there). They got to us in a jiffy and got the truck cleaned inside out out in about two hours. They even cleaned under the hood to get that cleaned out too. Thank you again for your help on the truck, it's beautiful

I think I could be a very particular customer, partly because this was a job for my boyfriend. It was great, but not OUTSTANDING...This was my first time getting a professional detail at a shop and I was very pleased! We took our Acura to My Detail Guys after a local Acura dealership touched up a few scratches and left overspray all over the vehicle and couldn't figure out how to make it right. I found My Detail Guys on Yelp and after reading their reviews and visiting with the owner in person we decided to take our vehicle to them for the needed repairs.
When I picked up my vehicle I was very impressed. My car was smooth as glass and looked fantasitic. They removed the overspray on the entire vehicle and did a color correction to remove the buff swirls that the Acura dealership had left in my paint

There are so many reasons we’re unsatisfied with our experience. Our detailer was 1 hour and 40 minutes late. We didn’t get the detailer we requested. No one called us until AFTER our scheduled appointment time to notify us they were going to be late. If I know I’m going to be late for an appointment, I call ahead of time, not after the fact. When Cindy in the office did call to notify me of the detailer running late I didn’t receive much of an apology which was even more upsetting. What happened to customer service? A sincere apology can go a long way and in my opinion that was a perfect

Whenever i consider a company I'm always quick to look at reviews but I never give reviews myself. These guys deserve my review. We had Sebastian and Mark wash and wax our RV and made her look so beautiful and shiny. The detail and time and expertise made a big big difference. They stayed way past what they initially thought they would but because they could not leave with the job half done. Hands down they deserve every bit of 5 stars. Very very happy customer!

Odds are, if you are reading this review, it is because you care about your car, and when you don't have time to wash and wax it yourself, you want it taken care of by a team that also cares. These guys are not that team. It's quantity and $ over quality, and they seem to be getting even more complacent and caring less.
Today they were late, they didn't finish the job, and they charged me $20 more for the same job as just a few months ago.
They have me in their computer, they know I'm a regular, so blindsiding me with an extra $20 is pretty disrespectful, specially considering

I've given them my money for 4 years, but not anymore. They now only accept a min of two cars to wash. No more singles. They lady who answers their business line is extremely rude and unprofessional (owners wife). They don't know how to treat a loyal customer. Bye bye!! Take your business elsewhere!

When they finally rescheduled for a month later, the detail guy hit another person's car that works in my building, causing some friction. He then did not secure the back hatch in the car, so that when the seats folded, the rear upholstery detached from the seat damaging the seat.
After numerous phone calls with the company, the company determined that they could not make me happy. No, after months of trying to get this rectified, hitting a car

I booked an appointment for our car before we went on a road trip with my family a week ahead. I had to drive into town to my parents to get the car ready so we woke up early to get there. Let's than 3 hours before or appointment they called and cancelled. Now I am looking last minute for another place because they did not notify us ahead of time. Very unprofessional!

Trying a business out for the first time can be risky, and something as expensive as a full auto detailing requires a leap of faith that can cost a lot of money if you're wrong. Luckily for me, however, I was NOT wrong when I decided to give My Detail Guys a try.
