KinderStop is a new, flexible child care solution for parents in the Leland, Wilmington, and greater Brunswick areas. We offer hourly "drop-in" child care, after school programs, summer camps, and much more for children aged 1 to 12 years old. Services
At KinderStop, our passion is to provide a safe, clean, imaginative, and engaging environment for children while affording their parents, families, or guardians a much-needed break. We want all children to feel safe and welcome in our facility and - most importantly - to have a positive, nurturing experience with each visit.
Rates include a snack and unlimited fun. For billing purposes, we require a minimum charge of one hour and round up to the nearest 5 min. Prepaid hours remain in your account and never expire, offering add'l convenience and flexibility. Purchase and save! Our unlimited plans include as many hours as you can fit in a month for one low, discounted payment.
Just like the popular programs at our main facility, KinderStop On-Site offers the same great care including homework assistance, special projects and activities, a snack, and plenty of fun, engaging play! We can't wait to meet all of your amazing kiddos and show them what after school with KinderStop is all about!.
Our spring/fall break and summer camps are a great solution for parents needing all-day care when school is not in session. Camps are open to children K-8th grade (ages 5-12) and provide a full 8 hours of fun, enriching activities each day (Monday-Friday). Agendas vary from week to week but always include local field trips, special guests and/or crafts and activities, free play in our engaging facility, snacks, and more!.
KinderStop offers party packages completely customized to meet your needs. We can provide as much or as little as you want - food, supplies, themed decorations, party favors, treats, and more - you name it, we'll figure it out! Best of all, every party includes private, exclusive use of our facility and attentive staff who will ensure you enjoy your child's special day instead of worrying about the mess!.

My son loves going to kinderstop after school care and camps, he has been a member for two years now and he doesn't want to leave when I come to pick him up because he is having so much fun!! I Highly recommend trying kinderstop yourself it's great for working parents. the staff are all very helpful caring and responsible with every child in there care. And the prices are very reasonable.

KinderStop is not your average afterschool care program. The teachers assist with homework, they provide a great, healthy snack in the afternoon, and the teachers create projects WITH the children. Additionally, positive reinforcement is always high on the list with the group. I am so glad this group came to SBCS!

My daughter loves KinderStop! She always wants to stay longer. I love that the after school program helps with homework and that the kids get to play with their peers. Our son loves going to Kinderstop after-school program and we love that they provide on-site supervision so that he doesn’t have to be transported anywhere. They provide a snack, help with homework, and often complete creative crafts. He brings home goodies almost daily and is super-excited to tell us all about what he did there. He loves the teachers and his happiness says it all for us!

It is so hard to be a working parent with school-aged children and without family around. KinderStop at Classical Charter School of Southport has given me peace of mind that my girls are being cared for and getting in much needed exercise and homework done after school. My daughter loves Kinderstop! With her entering Kindergarten this school year, everything was new and unfamiliar territory for her- which included enrolling into an after-school program. It took absolutely no time at all for her to adjust and feel comfortable at Kinderstop and now she looks forward to going there every day after school! The staff are all very caring and attentive with the children. They help them with their homework, keep them busy with fun arts and crafts projects, play all sorts of fun games with them and let them burn off some of their energy with outdoor play.
