Frank is the best. His store looks horrible, scary, messy beyond belief. But don’t get turned off by the looks of it. Frank is a real pro. He teaches framing and is a true expert. And his prices are a fraction of what they would be in New York. I never had a bad experience there. But each time I visit there I joke with him how terrible the store looks. He laughs and we talk business
