I trained at the California Institute of Permanent Cosmetics and completed a one-year internship there. Following my internship my instructor was looking for a new assistant to assist her and pick up her overflow of clients. She chose me, and I worked side-by-side with her for two years.
I learned through her also about color theory and permanent cosmetics, which is very important to know because you don't end up with funny color eyebrows and lips that you may see out there on people who have had it applied by someone not knowledgeable in this area.

Makeup that is implanted into the skin by tattooing and lasts for several years. It can be used to enhance your facial features. Eyeliner really brings out the eyes, and the eyebrows form our face. It's great to have brows if you've plucked yours too much or they've diminished as you've aged.
Lip liner is good to define the lips, and full lip color is great if you don't have much color to your lips or would like to add more color to your existing lip color.I use a very strong topical anesthetic to numb the area. I keep reapplying anesthetic as I progress. I also have a very gentle touch.

Candace does fabulous eyelash extensions! I loved how natural and long my lashes were for my vacation in the Caribbean - they are so perfect for water sports and the beach :) Mine lasted at least 3 weeks, and she made the application process quick and easy. I highly recommend her for anyone who needs eyelash extensions in Orange County!
