I called their phone and they picked up right away answering all my questions about a new SSD that I purchased for my PC and they were so kind enough to even help me get the part that I needed in order to install it. The guys that work there Terrance is a pretty cool, down to earth dude and you can tell they work hard and do a good job over there. He made it a pleasant experience to come there and I’ll definitely be bringing any future computer repairs to their shop from now on!

I 100% recommend Terrance. I got 2 other estimates to fix my laptop with a software problem double his price. He’s a knowledgeable small business owner who is very up front about the cost. Gave me an estimate then called to confirm before he fixed it and wouldn’t pop up at the end claiming it was much more than expected which I really appreciated. Overall great guy and a go to for laptop repair!

I splashed water on the laptop that I use everyday for school and had to have the keyboard and the mousepad replaced. He was very informative about what he would have to do and how much it would cost. Overall, I found the price reasonable and the service quick and professional. I would recommend this repair service to anyone who is serious about having their machine repaired.

My computer screen was cracked. I contacted Joras Tech and he told me to drop off my computer so he could assess and repair. I left the computer and he not only repaired the device, but he completed the job in 1hour. He provided quick turn around at a reasonable price and I was able to complete my work.
