John's role as a Principal of Lee Gilman Builders comes from 30 years of experience creating custom-built homes from "concrete to doorknobs." As a master carpenter with extensive experience with the Valley's Planning & Zoning and Building Departments, John's comprehensive understanding of the entire building process, as well as his advocacy for his clients, make him a major asset.
What is John most proud of? His role in building a socially responsible company with over 40 employees, each of whom he would "be honored to have to his house for dinner." Mike started working in construction at the age of 18 and quickly discovered his passion for building custom homes. In his 20s, he headed West from Maine to Sun Valley to ski for a winter.
