We help individuals of all ages; struggling with AD/HD, addictions, abusive relationships, anger management, anxiety, depression, divorce recovery, grief and loss, identity development, and work stress. We help couples preparing for marriage, having marital conflict, having sexual difficulties, facing infertility, parenting children, adjusting to life after children are adults, and caring for aging parents.

We help families adjusting to divorce, blending families, career changes, and moving to a new location. We help businesses and organizations in a consulting capacity. We provide assessment and recommendations to improve workplace efficient and productivity. We provide topical presentations to improve staff's individual wellbeing.
Services
Synago provides individual, marriage, family, and group counseling to adults and children of all ages. We offer, but do not impose, Christian counseling for those desiring it. Areas of expertise include AD/HD, addictions, abusive relationships, anger management, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, identity development, infertility, marriage, family struggles, and recovering from divorce.
Coaching as an ongoing relationship; between coach and client; that builds and grows the client; so the client can obtain specific desired results.

It is a process of assessing current status and desired results; setting detailed goals to obtain the desired results; creating concrete action steps towards the goals; collaborative problem solving of obstacles to the action steps; practicing new actions, objective feedback, and mutual evaluation of results.
Daniel Goleman's research has explored "the actual competencies that make people successful in jobs and organizations of every kind, and the findings are astonishing: IQ takes second position to emotional intelligence in determining outstanding job performance." Goleman also discovered that "IQ has the least power in predicting success among that pool of people smart enough to handle the most cognitively demanding fields."
Executive coaching as a transfer of training tool: effects on productivity in a public agency. Archival data were collected indicating that training alone increased productivity by 22.4 percent. Most importantly, training, when augmented with coaching, yielded productivity increases almost four times the level achieved by training alone (88.0 percent).
