Unfortunately pretty bad quality, poor communication and missed deadlines. I really wanted to use the local company but they ignored the color specs and used what was convenient without consulting. Then the embroidery quality was horrible. They did eventually make up for it by doing some free hats. Unfortunately other local businesses I know have had the same problems. At least the dog was really sweet.

Well they do all work in house, so they can turn jobs around quick and are flexible and respond to problems before jobs are finished. Art is done custom for each job and it's free, not the same lame online art you see again and again. Since they got a new production manager, things have been smooth. Kathy is very detail oriented. I would recommend this shop.
