Maple Woods Assisted Living and Memory Care now has two facilities. One is situated on over 5 acres of scenic lawns, flower and vegetable gardens, and woods in rural Cohasset, just ten minutes from Grand Rapids, MN. Our second facility is located just north of Deer River, MN. We provide a home-like atmosphere designed specifically to meet the needs of residents with limiting abilities.

This place poses as an outstanding care facility but the Reality is very different. This is nothing less then a prison camp for old people. Some don't even have dementia just hearing problems. My grandpa is in here and at first when I was visiting him he didn't have the slightest tale of dementia just a hearing problem. They have been giving him drugs since he's been here that i know are making him develop problems with his mentality even greater then when he arrived. I haven't been able to visit him for 5 months because I got kicked out. One of the workers said I pushed and elderly woman to the
