I am a new patient, and met with 3 professionals during my first appt today. I had a comprehensive set of tests which provided my eye health in several different measurements. All of which will be tracked and compared at my next annual appt. The test results were next explained to me and advised what they meant for my age and health. It was determined that I would benefit from glasses to improve my vision. I agreed and then was advised of the options, what my insurance would cover, and was helped to find frames I liked. I am very happy with the services received and the staff that helped me.

My son went for his first ever eye exam. He completed registration and was taken back to a room by a technician, told to place his eyes on the pads, chin on the bar. Once the test had started, he was THEN informed that this test was not covered by insurance and that the fee would be $49. This is malicious way to make money off unsuspecting consumers by informing them once a test is in process that the test is not covered. He never "opted in" as test was in process before he was told about the cost. He never waivered from the fact that the test was already in process, lights inside the machine flashing

I visited Complete Eye Care for a routine exam, and overall my experience was fairly positive.
Pros: The scheduling staff who helped me make my appointment and took my insurance info were friendly, courteous, and always seem to answer the phone on the first ring (I love that!). I loved both the technician who did the preliminary screening and the eye doctor. Both women were kind and patient and explained what they were doing as they were doing it, along with answering all my questions (in terms easily understood by a lay person, but without dumbing it down). I also appreciated all that their office

If this review was just for the doctors here it would be a glowing five star review. My 7 year olds eye exam went great. The doctors were friendly, patient, and all around wonderful. I was looking forward to scheduling an eye exam for myself before I left.
Unfortunately, I had to deal with the front desk and office manager. In short, insurance is a terrible mess most of the time and this office doesn't care and has no interest in helping patients.
Prior to coming in I provided all of my insurance information over the phone. At no point was I told that they did not accept my insurance or might
