BEWARE! Things aren't the same anymore, Rosanne use to take over projects but we had a new intern that built our website and it wasn't completed when it was handed over. Everything about the website was left for a heavy retainer to fix. It's done this way to completely drain you from every penny you have. This was very disappointing, we were $13,000.00 deep on the website and nothing was ever fixed. We have to rebuild a complete new website because they have settings in there that will lock out anyone that wants to make changes.

Called for a quote on an easy project, editing a few elements on my site, went back and forth for a few phone calls and spend a lot of time explaining what im looking for and emailing with examples and confirmations.
They were supposed to get back to me with a quote and they never called and when I called the person i spoke to was never available.

I have been working with this company for multiple years. Only recently has the communication been terrible and lacking tremendously. They do not keep you updated with progress and the questions you ask go unanswered for weeks on end. But when your trying to make a payment for a new service they are quick to respond.

I have been working with Redhead labs for about 7 months, they have a retail locator that was more difficult for me to use than expected, they have offered to upgrade my business to a more robust version for a minimal fee that will suit us much better. Thumbs up to Redhead Labs.

We used Redhead Labs to redesign a site that we've had online for over a decade. They did a great job and we are very pleased with how it looks. Not only that, their customer service was fantastic. I never had an email go unreturned and they were always willing to talk to me over the phone to make sure my needs were addressed.

Redhead Labs (formerly Redhead Web Development) made a website for me. Overall it looked pretty good. The problem I've had with them is they provide no customer service after they make your site. I emailed the Owner Rosanne a couple times with a question i had, but got no response from her. I called on another occasion 3 times and spoke to a guy who told me someone would call me back with a problem I was having, but they never did. I also emailed the Designer that made my site because i didn't get files for some of the pictures they created for my site, but he didn't respond
