We had some water in our basement recently from a flood in our area so we called Menold. When they came out, they did a very thorough inspection of everything, explaining it all along the way. They were SO patient in addressing all of our questions and concerns. It was clear they were very knowledgeable and truly did care about helping us, so it was relieving to know we were in great hands. Before they did anything (like pull off baseboards), they asked if it was ok to do first, which we appreciated. They then created a plan with fans and dehumidifiers, as well as the next steps beyond that. We

I work alongside Menold as a vendor, and I have always been blown away at their kindness and love for the Central Illinois community. They serve all of their vendors, clients, and even each other as team members, so well! I have a great relationship with them, and I love working alongside them.
