Services
Periodic cleaning is the best way to maintain the condition of your awning. K&C can clean and protect your awning by applying a UV sealant. This will protect the integrity of fabrics as well as the color and avoid the unnecessary expense of premature replacement. We recommend cleaning an applying UV Protecting sealant every two years.
Your building is most likely a major investment in your business and should always look its best since many of your customers and investors probably judge your abilities and reputation based on the appearance of your building. Maintaining your building's condition and appearance will impress your customers and investors and maintain the value of your investment.
This is our basic wash package. Your vehicle is completely rinsed then dried with a shammy cloth to the upper area. We provide this service on a weekly basis. The bottom sides of any vehicle and the roofs of trucks, SUVs, and vans will not be dried due to the visibility of the film left by drying. To terminate service, this package requires a 30-day written notice.
K&C strives to perform all washing in a manner so as not to disrupt the regular business operations of its customers. K&C can apply a sealer to all forms of concrete. Sealing concrete surfaces prevents mold from building up on concrete surfaces as well as protects from stains. K&C services drive-thru's for both restaurants and banks as well as sidewalks, trash dumpster pads areas, parking garages and strip malls.

Great people that take pride in the quality of work that is performed. Knowledge and attention to detail are the differences with this company. They are not a huge commercial business that treats you like another account. They really appreciate the business and work hard to perform expert results.
