Here at Aspire Yoga Center, we promote a balanced lifestyle by providing a welcoming environment for students to nourish their body, mind and spirit. We are enhancing and expanding the yoga community in Northwest Louisiana, one student at a time. Classes are taught to students of all levels and we LOVE beginners!
To support quality and safety in classes, and ensure that students are taught by qualified and experienced instructors, teachers at Aspire Yoga Center are proudly held to the very highest standards of credentials. All of our yoga teachers are devoted practitioners of yoga and have successfully completed a minimum of a 200-hour certification recognized by the Yoga Alliance.

We're very proud that our practice space is a state-of-the-art heated studio with FAR infrared longwave radiant heating panels. What's the big deal? Our high-quality infrared radiant heating panels heat objects (and humans) in the room and provide healing benefits. We are the only studio in the region with this technology.
